In May 2026, the founders of KVM-TEC repurchased all technologies, products, and IP rights, and opened a new chapter with KVM Development and Support GmbH.
This secures the long-term future of the proven KVM-over-IP solutions. Customers worldwide can rest assured that the products will remain available, receive professional support, and continue to be developed.
But the founders didn’t just bring the technology back. They also reunited the heart of the company: the young, experienced, and dynamic core team—comprising specialists in video compression and USB transmission, support specialists, warehouse management, and sales and marketing. These are the people who possess the expertise, understand the customers, and have stood for quality and innovation for years.
In recent years, the founder and his team have already developed the NEXT Generation of KVM extenders—a product series featuring state-of-the-art technology and top performance with Linux architecture.
